During the course of the Administration this analysis has evolved from simple tallies to more detailed breakdowns of correspondence, telephone inquiries, and office visits. Analyses include a weekly report on the frequency and nature of expressions of interest and concern directed to the office. These summaries are distributed regularly to office staff.
